We’re so glad you made your way to this little oasis in the soul desert, this campfire in the wilderness of boring writing.

You are hereby freed of the curse that makes you think that in order to be spiritual you have to be preachy and pedantic.

You are also liberated from the conditioning that talking about the divine is mutually exclusive with good literature.

Your preparation items are below.

We look forward to gathering with you.

"You are invited to move beyond journaling to a place of luminous beauty and irreverent reverence, where you may meaningfully contribute to the wellspring of transformational writing the world needs."

Ready Your Space

Your pre-writing prompt

Before our gathering:

1. Please contemplate what you love to read.

What lights you up when you read it?

What kind of writing leaves you cold?

Give examples.

2. Gather your writing materials.

This can be a special journal, a document on your computer.

3. Make a list of your favorite books and poems, stories, essays or songs.

4. Write a couple of words about why your favorite works of writing sing to your soul.

Your writing can be both sublime and edgy, profound and also funny, universal and intimate.  It’s all in the details.

See you soon in virtual sacred space.
