Welcome!

I am honored and elated that you said yes to our weekend of deep connection. Thank you.

I believe love is the most powerful force in this world and it is a great honor to dwell in the heart with you as we approach communication as a spiritual practice.

  To Prepare for Connected:

In the time before we gather please identify one small conflict in your life where you feel distress. Make sure it is nothing too big or traumatic, but something a 3 on a scale of 1-10. Please bring this situation to our gathering to be transformed with you in our alchemical process together.

In our first gathering on Friday we will do a brief ceremony. I invite you to set up a little heart altar for our time together with items that represent love to you. Set out a candle and a small symbol or image that evokes love- divine love, love in relationship and/or connection. This will guide us in our holy work together.

Each day we gather, bring yourself exactly as you are with your full heart and writing utensils of your choice for our practice. I warmly encourage you to tend to your sacred body and have comforts like delightful scents, tastes and textures close by. This is a holy and embodied affair!

The practices I will be guiding us through have opened my heart and deepened my love and I am so excited to witness what unfolds for you.

With love at the center,
Willow

Weekend Schedule

Friday 5-7pm Pacific

Love

Explore the Persian poet Rumi’s line “Love ends all arguments” as we connect to the heart and let love guide us. We will attune our hearts to the divinity in our relationships, grounding in contemplative and embodied practices to help us navigate conflict as a transformational opportunity.

Saturday 8-11 am Pacific

Listen

Listen with the heart through a variety of reflective tools to approach conflict with self awareness. We will connect to the divine as we investigate our emotions, sensations and sacred desires. Song, dance, and small group practice will help us open our hearts.

Sunday 8-11 am Pacific

Open with Vulnerability & Exploration

Together we practice reflective listening, taking accountability and the real work of getting humble in relationships. Through applied practice and play, we will conclude the immersion with tangible tools to bring into your daily life.

  With Special Guest Manny Fassihi

Manny Fassihi is a multidisciplinary artist, storyteller, and facilitator whose work explores the tension between spiritual seeking and everyday human complexity.

As the creator of Multitudes, a guided conversation game, he designs experiences that invite people into deeper dialogue with themselves and each other.

His writing, including the forthcoming satirical novel “Enlightenment Please,” examines the ways we chase transformation—and the humor, contradictions, and beauty in that pursuit.

With a background in religious studies, psychology, and design, Manny approaches communication as an applied spiritual practice—a place where the wisdom of ancient traditions meets the real, raw terrain of modern relationships.

His work invites people to embrace paradox, to sit with discomfort, and to find connection in the places we often resist.
