Founded in 2023 by best-selling author and international teacher Mirabai Starr and interspiritual practitioner, facilitator and artist Willow Brook, Wild Heart offers a tender refuge and a guiding hand to courageously engage in dismantling false belief structures and embrace a more conscious life, expanding your capacity to be transformed by the inevitable changes life brings.

 

We are hiring a private contractor Email Marketing Specialist who is a compassionate and clear communicator, creative, focused, energetic, helpful, organized, and efficient confident problem solver with a sincere interest in self development and spirituality who finds the sacred in assistant tasks.

 

 

 

Private Contractor Email Marketing Specialist Tasks

  • Plan and manage email campaigns to promote Wild Heart products and services
  • Schedule campaigns in Kajabi with custom audiences including promotional content, podcast/nurture emails, down-sell campaigns and more
  • Value our cherished community and subscribers by integrating inherently nurturing email content and sending minimal emails
  • Apply Mirabai Starr's original copy to email campaigns with necessary links and practical information 
  • Use email marketing to grow Wild Heart email list and increase sales
  • Communicate collaboratively with project manager and other contractors
  • Occasional live gathering support and recording processing
  • Possible social media management connected to campaigns 
  • Other duties as discussed

 

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in  administration/marketing
  • Team player who is flexible and understanding of the ever-changing environment of a small business and is committed to compassionate communication when challenges arise 
  • Independent contractor worker with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage work schedule and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
  • Fast learner who is exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Positive, can-do person who is naturally kind and helpful in interactions with others
  • Excellent, professional-quality writing and editing skills (succinct, effective and grammatically correct)
  • Ability to anticipate needs of team and organization, and meet them in advance
  • Personal commitment to helping create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture
  • General understanding of, and genuine interest in, Wild Heart and Mirabai Starr’s central teaching topics, including grief and loss, inter-spirituality, feminine empowerment and contemporary mysticism
  • Proficiency with Kajabi

  • Creative thinker who genuinely enjoys using emails to share important ideas and inspire others

  • Collaborator with multiple skills that is open to other tasks like building landing pages in Kajabi 
  • Skillful tender to grief and loss with a comfort to communicate with people who are grieving in a virtual space
  • Deep devotion to the sacred in every task 
  • Sincere dedication to social equity and collective liberation

 

 

 

$20-25/hour based on experience

up to 60 hours/month
