Does grief leave you with no vitality, no desire, and no sense of what comes next?

Many people living with loss describe a deep depletion of energy, a heaviness that makes joy, movement, or desire feel distant or even forbidden. For many of us, this grief is not only personal, but collective. We are grieving the state of the world, the ongoing devastation, violence, and suffering that can feel relentless and overwhelming, touching our nervous systems even when loss is not our own.

In this gathering, we explore grief not as something to overcome, but as a sacred landscape that can coexist with aliveness. Drawing on embodied wisdom, nervous system awareness, and the subtle current of erotic life force, we gently inquire into how pleasure, sometimes in the smallest and most tender ways, can become a resource rather than a betrayal of grief.

Together we explore the alchemy of emotion, the mysterious intersection of joy and sorrow, and how the body remembers how to meet life again, even while carrying great personal and collective loss. This is an invitation to honor grief fully, including grief for the world, while allowing energy, sensation, and love to move through us once more in ways that feel true, safe, and deeply human.

 What to Expect...

This gathering is designed to be gentle, spacious, and invitational. Willow will offer a short teaching and musing to frame our time together, followed by guided embodied practices, meditation, and self-exploration exercises that invite you into a deeper connection with sensation, energy, and life force in ways that feel authentic and supportive.

Nothing is required and everything is optional. You are always welcome to participate in your own way and at your own pace, including resting, listening, or simply being present. The focus is on meeting yourself with compassion, honoring grief in all its forms, and allowing whatever arises to be held with care.

 Your Guide

Willow Brook

Willow Brook is a grief guide, love coach, and interspiritual companion who supports individuals in awakening to sacred intimacy, erotic life force, and embodied aliveness in their bodies and relationships. As co-founder of Wild Heart, she facilitates grief gatherings and experiences rooted in the divine feminine, weaving somatic practices, ritual, meditation, song, and sensual awareness to support people in alchemizing old wounds into nourishing connection.

Willow’s grief journey began with the death of her mother at age twenty, an initiation that continues to shape her devotion to awakening the heart and body. For more than a decade, she has taught and tended transformational spaces around the world demonstrating how eros, sensation, and presence can restore vitality even in the midst of profound loss. Her work honors erotic energy not as something separate from grief or spirituality, but as the pulse of life itself, inviting people back into intimacy with their own aliveness.

“I really believe that the size of our grief is a reflection of the size of our love. Grief is now one of the most honest, sobering, and trustworthy friends in my life.”

Willow invites those she walks with to return to their bodies as vessels of wisdom, pleasure, and prayer, and to come home to the love and vitality that have been waiting within them all along.
